You agree to pay all fees for the POS software and support services as outlined in our pricing plans. Payments are due as specified, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 if no payment was made. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may discontinue use to terminate your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use may also be subject to other applicable local, state, or international laws.
